Claudia Gurdian is an Associate at Sioli Alexander Pino.

 

Mrs. Gurdian graduated cum laude from St. Thomas University College of Law, in Miami, Florida, with certificates in Admiralty Law and Intercultural Human Rights.

 

During her time in law school, she achieved Dean’s List in all semesters of her second and third year and received three Cali Book Awards. Additionally, she served as the Moot Court Board’s Vice President of Internal Affairs, where she competed twice in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court Competition. She also served as the Maritime Law Society’s Vice President.

 

Further, as a member of the Journal of Complex Litigation, Mrs. Gurdian’s article, Sailing Away from A Pandemic: The Impact of The Covid-19 Pandemic on The Cruise Industry, was published in the Journal’s eighth volume.
