Ellen Bodenmiller is Counsel for Sioli Alexander Pino. From a legal perspective, Ms. Bodenmiller focuses on automobile and trucking negligence insurance defense cases.  She also has experience in premises liability, construction, and complex medical cases.

Ms. Bodenmiller also represents the insurer’s interest in coverage cases and appeals. She efficiently develops and implements innovative legal and business strategies specifically tailored to fit every client’s particular needs on a case-by-case basis. Throughout her career, Ms. Bodenmiller has been successful in obtaining numerous favorable verdicts, including several defense verdicts in both state and federal courts for her clients.

 

Ms. Bodenmiller is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and the State of Georgia.

 

Before joining Sioli Alexander Pino, Ms. Bodenmiller focused her practice on insurance defense as outside counsel and then as House Counsel and a Managing Attorney of a Fortune 500 insurance company.  Outside of the courtroom, Ms. Bodenmiller is involved with her dogs, animal rescues, charity, and women's advocacy.

Ms. Bodenmiller graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor in Arts and a Juris Doctorate.
