Rogelio A. Zaldivar is an experienced civil litigator with over 25 years of experience handling mainly insurance defense matters.  Throughout his legal career, he has represented a wide variety of clients that include major airline insurance companies both in first and third-party matters.  Mr. Zaldivar is familiar with the London insurance market having represented Lloyd’s of London in aviation matters.

Mr. Zaldivar has vast experience in all kinds of exposure cases.  From cases with matters in controversy of a few thousand dollars to multi-million dollar aviation litigation, he has been exposed to all facets of liability and damages in his years in practice.  This experience has proven invaluable in analyzing and figuring the best way to prepare cases for settlement and/or trial for the most optimal outcome for the client.
