Victoria Marston is an Associate with Sioli Alexander Pino and focuses on the War Hazards Act component of the firm’s practice.
​
Victoria graduated Cum Laude from Boston University with a B.S.B.A in Business Administration & Management with Concentration in Law. She then enrolled at The George Washington University Law School to pursue her Doctor of Jurisprudence. While completing her legal education, Victoria began her legal career and worked in several part time roles.
​
During her time at George Washington Law, Mrs. Marston worked for the Mid-Atlantic Innocence Project, and assisted in the exoneration of several falsely imprisoned men. Mrs. Marston also worked as a Legal Analyst at the United States Small Business Administration (SBA).
​
Upon graduation from The George Washington University Law School with a Doctor of Jurisprudence and was admitted to State Bar of Florida. Shortly after graduation she worked on the largest-ever product recall in the auto industry, against the Takata Corporation and auto manufacturers. Mrs. Marston is set to be called to the Jamaican Bar Association in 2022 after completing several courses and training at the Norman Manley Law School of Jamaica.
